Cavanaugh is a 4 man strong rock / pop band from the heart of Sweden (the city of Borlänge, Dalarna.) Founded in 2005 as more of a song writing project, Cavanaugh has gradually evolved into a strong and well oiled band machine. This combo delivers a fully matured, powerful blend of chart style modern rock, tastefully lined with catchy choruses in an overall slick and professional package. Band layout: Drums, guitar, bass keyboards / vocals. All members have played & toured in numerous bands of various genres over the last 15 years and neither is fresh to the industry.

Influences vary heavily, as members have very diverse musical heritages. Current ”typical” references to mention would be The Script, Carpark North, Paramore, Foo Fighters. The band boasts: ”Cavanaugh proudly blocks the path of whoever claims mainstream equals boring.”  Their 11-track album ”You’ve Been Had” (EAN7340065004340, released 26th of May 2011 on own label Zero Commission Records) is a proud testament to Cavanaugh’s definition of powerful, highly enjoyable pop rock.
